How do I know which service to book?

You should book a regular clean if you perform a daily surface clean. If your home has not received a professional cleaning within the past six months, you will need a heavy cleaning.

Will I have the same cleaner with each service?

We make a great effort to schedule your preferred home care professional. However, there are times when conflicts occur, and a different trusted HCP must be scheduled. Feel free to convey these preferences to our support team before each home visit for consideration.

When will I be charged for my cleaning?

Upon booking your preferred service.

What is the cancellation policy?

When a same-day cancellation occurs, $75 will be deducted from your pre-payment. If a refund is requested, you will be refunded the difference. Clients also have the option of keeping the balance for a service appointment occurring within 7 days.


What is the rescheduling fee?

There is no fee when rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment.

Do I need to be home upon arrival or departure for the cleaners?

Ultimately, we want you to be comfortable with having our team in your home. However, it is optional for you to be present during your service appointment. How much time is allotted for a regular clean?

Typically, this style of cleaning averages 2.5 hours in duration, depending on the size and condition of your home.

Is pricing flexible?

Yes, our pricing changes if you select a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedule.

May I tip the cleaners?

Yes! Although it is not mandatory, our cleaners love to receive a tip when they provide exceptional service. 

How should I prepare for my cleaning?

To assist you best and to ensure that we have access to the areas that we will be cleaning, please remove any obstructions such as loose trash, cardboard, and anything that could be mistaken for trash.
